All of our orders are cleverly wrapped at no additional cost, perfect for gifts, and include a packing slip (with no prices listed) that has both the billing & shipping info on it, so the recipient will know what awesome person sent them their fun new items!
Our standard shipping days are currently Tuesday and Friday, so all orders placed by 9AM PST on these days will go out that day. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
DOMESTIC ORDERS
We ship via United States Postal Service Priority Mail. Most orders will be a flat $5 shipping fee, which accomodates up to 1lb, which roughly equates to a few shirts, onesies & a bib.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We ship internationally via United States Postal Service International Priority Mail.
We currently ship to Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Colombia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong, India, Ireland, Israel, Japan, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Philippines, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan and the United Kingdom. We’ll add new countries when requested, as long as your country accepts United States Postal Service Priority Mail.
International rates range from $11-$13 for packages under 2lb., and $25-$39 for packages between 2-10lbs. Shipping charges are automatically tallied after you enter your address in the shopping cart and can be seen prior to entering your credit card information.
Please make sure to input the correct shipping address. Many of the packages that are returned to us are marked “insufficient address”. You will be responsible for extra shipping costs incurred should an order be returned to us due to an input error on your part.
Shipping to international destinations normally take anywhere from 4 to 10 business days to arrive depending upon the destination country. USPS International Priority Mail, while very affordable, has no guaranteed arrival time or tracking system, so there are (very rare) occasions where shipments may take a bit longer than 10 business days. Let us know if you have not received your package after two weeks from the shipment date. International customers will be responsible for any duties or costs charged by their local customs office.
JEWELRY
Shipping for single item Jewelry purchases, within the United States, is $2.00 USD. In order for us to offer this low shipping price, none of our Jewelry is returnable or refundable at this time. Please see our Care Instructions.
RETURNS
Customers may return merchandise for a full refund (minus shipping) or merchandise exchange within 30 days from the shipment date. We will not process any returns or exchanges after this period.
Returned items must be in their original, new, unused, unworn, and uncut condition and must include all original, undamaged packaging. Just mail them back to us with the original shipping label and we’ll credit your PayPal account or credit card within 30 days after receiving your return. We apologize, but none of our Jewelry is returnable or refundable at any time.
